Tower Ventures' services include the acquisition key communication
sites. The Tower Ventures approach includes the following three facets
for site acquisition:
Pre-Market Analysis - including an analysis of zoning, survey of existing structures and review of lease agreements.
Site Acquisition - including identification of viable candidates and negotiation of agreements to secure the sites
Zoning Administration - including work with City and/or County officials and neighborhood associations
Tower Ventures has 400 sites in 22 states available for carrier
collocations. Our leasing department can help a carrier step by step
with all of their expansion plans. Using the newest satellite
imagery available carriers can search our portfolio of towers and
assess any commercial or residential activity within their search ring.
Once a site is chosen, Tower Ventures will expedite the leasing process
to get you in the air and your customers covered.
